Doane Academy is a coeducational, independent day school located in Burlington, New Jersey. The school is on a 10-acre campus located on the beautiful banks of the Delaware River, which separates New Jersey and Pennsylvania. Doane is located in a safe suburban environment; though, the bustling and vibrant city of Philadelphia is just across the river. All courses are considered college-preparatory and they offer various resources for international students who require additional support. Doane also offers extensive opportunities in visual arts, environment and nature programs, science and technology, and more. In addition, a variety of athletic programs are offered year-round at Doane, with over 12 sports teams! The campus also includes two regulation soccer fields, a new baseball field (2016), a softball field, and a natural space, called “Discovery Woods”, where younger students regularly spend hands-on time learning about the natural world.
