Rothesay Netherwood School is a small school where high expectations of students and faculty are realized in a caring environment. They have built a strong community where respect, courage, and responsibility form the foundation of daily life. As a boarding and day school where the faculty lives on campus, the level of commitment is high, and the interaction between the students and faculty is exemplary.
Rothesay Netherwood School has four residences on campus: Mackay House, Quinn House, Kirk House and Netherwood House. All of the residences have common areas and laundry facilities. Quinn House, Kirk House, and Netherwood House have small kitchen facilities, as well.
Students enjoy broad success at RNS because it is a small school with a big school program. As a small school, Rothesay Netherwood offers students the opportunity to be safe, to value learning, to build meaningful relationships, and to be part of a community. Students are also encouraged to be broadly involved in the robust extra-curricular program.
