Tacoma School District
The Tacoma School District offers eight different high schools, each with its own character, spirit, and specialty. Located in a major metropolitan area outside of Seattle, international students studying in the Tacoma District can experience the vibrancy of city life along with the variety of course and extracurricular offerings of large public high schools.
Tacoma Public Schools see the potential in every student and believes all students can be successful. That’s why the district is automatically enrolling qualified high school students into advanced programs or courses during the school year. Sports teams, clubs and typically American extracurricular classes such as cheerleading, school newspaper, and international student programs make this school very attractive to students from around the world.
